Le Frigo Vert is amazing. It is a non-profit organisation run by Concordia University students; whenever they are making profit, they lower their prices!! So you're guaranteed to get awesome prices. It's a great place to get bulk stuff (beans, rice, sugar, salt, flour, grains, etc.), most of it organic and fair trade. They also have a good selection of organic canned foods, vegan goodies, some veggies and personal care products. There is also a small lounge with organic fair trade coffee and tea, and often some vegan cake to go with it! Amazing!
