in fleur sauvage there is alot of fresh produce... organic fresh and local. Also, there is all kinds of flours. They have whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, rye flour, kamutflour, spelt flour, all in bulk. They have a variety of about 20 other kinds of flours in packages. They also have alot of grains in bulk. Millet, oats, quinoa, many kinds of rice... And for the glutten free products, there is bread, coockies, flours, oils, crackers, pastas... and more. The prices can be expensive if you buy stuff already made, but not for simple coocking stuff. I have been shopping there for years and they can always order what you need if they dont have it... and they dont charge extra. I have travelled through canada. I always eat in health food stores, and fleur sauvage is one of the most complete one. Its worth a try!I love the organic bulk spice section and the big variety of teas.
