Aux Vivres is a GREAT place to eat. The atmosphere is bright, modern and laid-back. The tofu dragon bowl is amazing, and the seitan "smoked meat" sandwich is tasty and satisfying. Prices are very reasonable. I know many meat eaters who visit this place frequently because the food is just that great. Usually hearing the word 'vegan' is enough to send them running in the other direction!
