- A little bit of heaven in a veg food desert
My son, Timothy Russell and I ate breakfast there today. Good food, good juices, good prices, good vibes and a very knowledgeab;e owner. He can make everything vegan or vegetarian for you. He only added the fish to make the place more acceptable to the locals and a wider customer base. This is the only veg friendly place I found in Punta Gorda (well you can always get a bowl of rice and beans at most places but I like variety and supporting people/companies that share my beliefs). I find that few places cater to vegetarians travellignm in this area of the world.
