- They have lost my business
Made a phone call for information on their products and was treated...well...rudely - made to feel like I was wasting their time. I subsequently called the manager and also felt like she was tolerating me. Overall, not impressed at all. I know this city has a lot of options (e.g. Herb and Spice), which will do much better if this is how Market Organics treats their customers.
