- Worth the trek
We were staying downtown and actually walked here to check out this place as well as the grocery store next to it. The location was a little bit out of the way and it took us about 30 minutes to get here. We were all hot and sweaty from the scorching sun, but we knew it was all worth it as soon as we saw what was waiting for us. They had regular café items like coffee cakes, muffins, cookies, scones, as well as some savory lunch food, but really all our eyes were on the pastries—croissant, danish, galette, strudel, etc. They all looked amazing, and all vegan to boot. After much deliberation, we decided on the galette at the recommendation of the staff and the strudel. Boy, were they delicious! Between this place and the grocery store next door, make it a trip to come visit them both!
