- It made me discover Segal's market ...
Frenco has a nice selection of spices, flours, nuts and grains, to name a few. It's pricey, but has the great advantage of being right next to Segal's market--my favourite place to buy low-priced vegan goods! I usually buy nutritional yeast or TVP at Frenco and finish my shopping next door. Still, it has a nice ambiance and I like the way everything is packed away in tubes. Beware of the prices-by-weight.
