- Could be better
This restaurant is a very beautiful place to eat, they use traditional Chinese furnishings. It's clean, pleasant, and airy. The food was ok, although not the cheapest. They had set lunch menus for NT$390. They had separate menus in Japanese and English, although the English one didn't clearly mark the lacto-ovo vegetarian dishes from the vegan ones like the Chinese one did. Although the food was ok, it wasn't as good as many of the other Taipei vegetarian restaurants. What I did find a bit odd was that they tout their food as being health orientated, but most of their dishes came with white rice. (Our waitress even proudly stated that it's DEFINITELY what they serve, white rice of course!) Most vegetarian restaurants in Taipei offer brown rice or at least five-grain rice.
