• Fusion Cuisine at its Best

This is remarkable fusion cuisine. I went with a group, and we tasted just about everything on the menu. The fare was whole and fresh and made with great care to detail and flavor. Every dish that we tried was unique and amazing. The flavors were profound and subtle at the same time. It is hard to pick my favorites, but I do highly recommend the Traditional Vegetable Appetizer, the Grilled Mixed Mushroom Salad, the Barbequed Saitan & Assorted Vegetables and the Chocolate Granola Parfait. Oh, and the drinks are remarkable too...We had a ginger cayenne cooler and assorted hot teas. I want to also say that staff was so gracious, and we were humbled to be guests in their restaurant. I will be going back soon. Vegan or not, this is a restaurant that you must experience.
