- Vegan menu at Sticks'N'Sushi
The vegan community in Copenhagen has really blossomed in Copenhagen these last couple of years. I'm not sure if you can still get the vegetarian Green Keeper menu, but most locations now have the vegan menu for 219 DKK, and it is well worth the price. The presentation is nice, and it fills you up nicely. The last time I went (Valby location), they could also offer a vegan dessert, a sorbet of yuzu.
