• Could Not Get even a piece of lettuce!

When My brother in law moved to the area we visited him from out of town and turned him onto this restaurant (we travel the US trying out vegan restaurants). He is not vegan but loves the Bruechetta (if u ask me it is always inconsistent, most of the time bread is soggy, even when you ask then to toast it more) Together we must have spent well over a thousand dollars since April, (we have visited him 3 times). The food sometimes is good and other times it is not good. On our last trip we had brunch (with some out of town guest) and there are NO veggies on their early morning brunch except potatoes on the tofu scramble. I ordered the tofu scramble without sausage or gravy, because I do not like pork flavored food, but wanted it in a wrap. I asked if hash browns were on the side and was told yes, but they came in the wrap. I assumed they actually added some other veggies in their tofu scramble, because I am a vegan who loves and eats veggies, not just a bunch of fake food. So I asked the waitress at 11:15am if I could possible get some veggies, maybe a piece of lettuce or even a whole tomato I would cut up myself. She went and asked and they REFUSED to give me any kind of veggie what so ever because it was not noon!This was totally upsetting to imagine that this is how the treat a paying customer! I was not even asking them to cook or prep anything. I really do not like giving bad review to vegan restaurant but this was and is totally ridiculous!!
