I was stunned by the variety of flavours, beautiful presentation and welcoming professionalism here. Fellow vegans may be especially bowled over, but you could bring anyone here. The only places that compare are Saf in London and Millennium in San Francisco. I went with the set menu for the end of the weekend, each dish being bijou and contrasting. Flavours are gentle yet distinctive. The truly amazing dish was a delightful melting vegan cheese (that appeared home made) wrapped in mint and aubergine to be eaten (as gently instructed) with a tiny filo fruit roll. 5 exquisite dishes for 20 euro and they gave me the dessert to take away as I had a train to catch. Girona station is a very close walk. But do go out of your way wherever you are to try it. Girona is a beautiful magical city - I'm amazed it's not more famous.
