This wonderful store has been in Calgary for years. The staff is always helpful and knowledgable. They have a great variety of bakery goods, dried and canned goods, fruits and veg, organic meats for the non-vegs as well as personal care products. Their prices are competitive and sales are frequent. Ask them about their frequent buyers club.
