  • Good choice, but food average and prices high

Went here for a family celebration with 3 vegans in the party, attracted by a good selection of vegan options on the menu. Another big plus we found on arrival is that the restaurant is nut free (when you have a son with severe nut/peanut allergy you can imagine the peace of mind this brings) However I was underwhelmed by by "no-beef" burger, there wasn't a lot to show for £14.50, not even a salad on the side, just a thin patty & trimmings in a bun and a basket of chips. The salads were better value at a tenner but nothing to shout about. For food and value it'd give the place three stars, but friendly service and a nut free kitchen bumps it up to a four!
