i don't believe it is easy to be a traveling vegan in århus, if you don't insist on eating falafal (at the same time making sure they're putting no sauce on it, since basically no falafel-sauces in denmark are ever vegan. all are creme fraiche or mayo-based). anyway, when i was here i don't believe they had a veggieburger, but they did have a veggie tomato soup. i got a hummus baguette, which was just alright, but filling.
