I have been eating here since 97, usually on Sunday afternoons, as the food is always guaranteed to make you feel better after a weekend of Madrid's partying. It is located on the Sunday route between the top of the Rastro Market and Retiro Park. Super healthy food. La Bio Tika has been recently refurbished, and the shop has moved next door.
