- nice first dinner in Madrid
We were the only ones in the restaurant when we came in at about 18:00. Nobody else arrived until we left. The service was slow but friendly and willing to help, although no English was spoken. We ordered several dishes, which were of various quality. I would not recommend the pizza, but the paella we had was very nice, although not verybody at the table agreed. The stuffed peppers were nicely done. The salad was bland, but the oil and vinegar at the table helped to cure that. I had a very nice organic wine and the kids had some nice fresh apple juice. All in all not bad for a first vegeterian Spanish adventure
