I have been here several times and today I finally decided to write a review for vegan brunch. The service was fine but the food was horrendous. I got the tofu scramble with a side of vegan sausage and it was truly unpalatable. The tofu scramble was warmed tofu blocks (not even browned) with soggy veggies that looked like it had been sitting in soy sauce and on the side was this weird sesame ginger sauce. Why?! The sausage can be succinctly described as a puck of dry Gimme Lean sausage which we all know tastes like gummy cardboard. Way to be creative with that one. All in all, this place is consistently disappointing, if you want a diner experience go to Ruth's up in Emigration Canyon. The options are fewer but at least it's good.
