- A fantastic range of salads for the tattie
I love the Baked Potato shop and I would go there every time I visited Edinburgh if a) there weren't always other eating places to try which have been recommended, and b) they had a bigger seating area and a toilet. Their range of toppings for your baked potato is vast - my favourite is the veggie haggis and coleslaw (all vegan). If you're looking for somewhere for a quick takeaway lunch I highly recommend it. If you go early in the day and the potatoes aren't ready then they also have samosas and veggie sausages suitable for vegans.
