- I love this place
I am a former Denver resident contemplating moving back. I discovered this place in July of 2011. Once I found it, I kept going back and back for more and more! Innovative, exciting salads and sandwiches, and the desserts were crazy good. I came back to Denver after the remodel in June of 2012. The remodel / expansion took a bit of the cool vibe away in my opinion, but it still delivered the yummy satisfaction of the previous year. I was overall surprised at the lack of vegan / veg restaurants in Denver / Boulder. This place (not so much their sister restaurant) really hit the spot.
