Vertical diner nails it. Great comfort food made with vegan and organic ingredients that still gets the right flavors and textures. I had the gravy train, which was excellent. Don't miss the green sauce in the bottle. The menu is diverse enough to provide something to appeal to just about anyone. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of ingredients. Vertical Diner is also to be commended for their efforts to be eco-friendly, including composting and using wind power. Enjoy!
