- Great vegetarian buffet
Tibits is a well-known chain of vegetarian buffets in Switzerland (and one in London). I don't know if this is true for all their restaurants, but the one in Winterthur has a vegan day on Tuesdays with only vegan items being sold. The buffet has cold and warm options to choose from, as well as dessert items and sandwiches. You can either pick a plate and eat at the restaurant or take your food on the go. Speaking of eating at the restaurant: this place is very popular and you'll often find it filled to the brim at peak hours. Which is what you'll be after eating there, as there are so many delicious options, you'll find yourself putting layer upon layer of food on your plate. Beware though that this place isn't exactly cheap.
