• An acquired taste

We found the Sunshine Juice bar in Roppongi by accident. And because of the bright colours and funny characters all over the place. Sunshine Juice focusses on detoxing and sells complete programs on juices which have to be drank subsequently of cleanse the body and/or repair the body. But the also sell single juices, bagels and soup. We went for a "set menu" consisting of a bagel, hummus and a smoothie. The bagel and hummus were of top quality, tasty and healthy. The smoothy I selected was a special winter edition with cinnamon and pepper, which made it very spicy indeed. My friend had a drink (not a smoothie) made of superfood. Both were an acquired taste. However, had we selected a more sweet taste like orange or banana, I am sure the drinks would have been just fine. Which is a good reason to try this place again (also stores in Shinbashi and Ebisu).
