  • Slightly salty

I went to this place twice - once when it just opened to try the classic soy patty burger (literally just a slice of panfried tofu between fresh multigrain buns, with a piece of lettuce and some sauce that is rather Asian and unique), and once to try the king trumpet burger which my friend wholeheartedly recommend, as well as to redeem my free nuggets. The nuggets are rather realistic and fibrous, which will definitely appease those who loved nuggets previously, without that strange aftertaste that often accompanies mock meats. However, the king trumpet mushrooms were too salty for me, and I struggled to finish it. However, as it is indeed a rather unique pairing that somehow still matched, I think it will be nice if I told the counter to reduce the amount of sauce, or simply place it at the side so that I can adjust the taste myself. I do think the bun was extremely nice though, being slightly sweet and very fresh. The top of the bun was scattered with loads of pumpkin seeds, which I thought added a really nice crunch and contrast to the burger.
