- Perhaps for a low sodium diet
We had dinner here 3 days ago. We think it wasn't value for money. My husband had tomatosoup, nothing special, for 6,50E. After that, he also ordered mushrooms with the potato: there was absolutely no salt added and otherwise tasteless. It costed about 17E!. The salad was potato, carrot and mayonaise, the warm groceries consisted of green beans and undercooked carrots. I had a menu, 25E, consiting of tasteless pumpkinsoup without pumpkin, a parsnip pie, with noting else than parsnip in it, mashed potato with nuts and a tomato / bell pepper sauce and ice cream, with hardly any sugar added. The parsnip pie and the potato tasted like cardboard. People around us were complaining about the taste too. Besides of the food, the table wasn't clean with crumbles form other guests and there were some dead flies lying on the window sill. Our advise: when planning to go to a restaurant in Zutphen, do not eat here, it is a waist of money.
