• Best meal we had in Amsterdam

Had dinner here with my partner during our trip to Amsterdam. I ordered the vegan set menu of the day which included a big bowl of lentil soup with bread as starter, a huge plate of assorted warm foods as main, and any one dessert from their dessert fridge. All for €24, pretty good deal compared to other vegetarian restaurants in town. Biggest problem was to decide which cake to choose; they had 4, 5 different kinds on offer that evening, and that was just the vegan ones alone. My partner ordered a quiche with a salad, and he loved it too. Service was fine, but it was kind of an early evening on a weekday. If it does get slow, just take the time and look at the interior more closely, kind of funky in a pretty way. And don't forget to check out Delicious Food just around the corner, fantastic health food store!
