We found this place through Yelp. The name is De Bolhoed, not just Bolhoed. It's pricey (but Amsterdam isn't cheap like Berlin) but so worth it. We split the vegan item of the day, which was a heaping plate of a half dozen items, with a salad, pumpkin soup and bread, and a brownie for dessert, all vegan, all delish. Especially the brownie. The restaurant is super cool: we say at a shared table for six under a monstrosity/artistic chandelier. There's a lot of "cool" art on the walls, and the whole place feels very Brooklyn. It was busy and we didn't have reservations but we were seated right away anyway. The waitstaff was running around like crazy, but it wasn't a long wait for our food. The waitress even let me charge my phone under the counter.
