Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad to know you enjoyed the location, the creativity of the menu and the work of our kitchen team. At the same time, we are disappointed that the service did not meet your expectations, as this is not the experience we want our guests to have. When guests arrive closer to closing time the pace of service can naturally be a bit faster, but that should never be perceived as rude or unwelcoming. Your comments about the way you were addressed, the ordering process and the tea service are noted and will be discussed internally with our team to improve professionalism and consistency. Regarding the tables, they are cleaned regularly. The marble surfaces can, however, show permanent ring marks from cold glasses, which may sometimes give the impression that they are stained. We appreciate your perspective from many years in gastronomy and we hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future so we can offer you a visit that matches the quality of our food and the standards we aim for.
