Second, you can order directly at the counter or from the table using the app. Every table has a QR code and says in Spanish and English that you have to make your order from there. It is not confusing at all, in fact it is very practical both for guest and for the staff. Order can take long, yes, due to the fact that we have a small kitchen, and when there are a lot of orders together we can't go faster.
