Since I can’t edit my original review, I wanted to post a follow-up for clarity. To recap: they’ve apparently pulled all of their vegan menu items. No Impossible burgers available to cook with, and what we were served was some leftover tofu from the back—likely something they were going to toss anyway. They claimed to still have vegan mayo and cheese, though at that point, it was hard to be sure. It’s clear they don’t take vegan offerings seriously—it feels more like a marketing attempt they’ve since abandoned without updating their site or informing customers. The part that really frustrated me? They initially tried to charge Impossible burger prices for what was clearly just tofu. After I spoke up, they revised it to the price of a regular meat burger—which still feels high for a block of leftover tofu. To be fair, the waitstaff was incredibly friendly and tried their best to accommodate us. It’s pretty clear their hands are tied by poor management. The whole experience gave off the impression of a place that’s disorganized and not sure what they’re even stocking anymore. Needless to say, I won’t be back. I hope the owners read this and take it as constructive feedback—there’s still a chance to rebuild trust if they’re serious about offering vegan options again. But at the moment, it feels like they’re quietly backing out without taking responsibility—and charging a premium while doing it.
