Our opening times are Short because we are a small Team doing everything ourselves. If we Horde extra staff to make longer days we would be closed down very soon. The opening times are very clear on out Website. Simply seasons opening as per the demand. Please remember it is not easy to run a vegan Restaurant in a meat domintaed area. So there really is a reason behind how we open. If we opened all the time we would soon be out of business
