Contrary to your belief, unfortunately, they are not friendly at all. The second visit, I walked in with my grandmother. No one greeted us, even though they weren't busy helping anyone else. And they acted as if it wasn't in their job description when I asked for assistance. I didn't even say anything to my grandmother about it but as soon as we got back in the car, she turned to me and said "well, they aren't very warm in there are they". I was happy about one thing, that i had confirmation that I wasn't paranoid. Maybe you all should burn some sage or frankincense throughout the day. Thank you for your concern however, it is great to be accountable for this lack of customer service.
