I'm really sorry to hear about your experience -- that is simply not right. I personally eat that sandwich often and it is usually fantastic and bursting with flavor. I wish you had let us know at the time so that we could have fixed it or gotten you something else. I hope you will give us another try-- I know we can do better. Please ask for a manager so that we can make sure you have a great experience next time.
