Aloha! Our loco moco and burger are normally a favorite among our guests and are extremely popular. We understand everything is not for everyone though and are sorry to hear you didn't enjoy some of your food. We are extremely busy so sometimes there is a line but we try our absolute best to get to everyone as quickly as possible.
