It sounds to me like you had a pretty positive experience that fell just short of your expectations. The staff were knowledgable and helpful, there were a variety of options, no cross-contamination, large portions at a low price point, and a cute atmosphere. How does that warrant a 2/5? It doesn't add up and feels unfair to the folks who worked hard to help you.
