Hello. Thank you very much for your review and very good rating. Very much appreciated. Just to let you know on the pricing to compare Vietnamese food with mine. Let's start with fries. Potatoes cost 60.000 pee kilo. Then I use a lot of gas to cook them. They are homemade. Vietnamese rice costs around 15.000 per kilo. When cooked in the rice cooker, the rice weighs around 3 kilos. Another food you mentioned is pizza. All made by me. Very labour intensive. The pizza dough made by me. The pizza sauce is homemade and so is my famous cashew cheese. I use imported nutritional yeast in the cheese. Not cheap at all. I hope this helps with the pricing. And as you know my portions are huge. Thanks very much again. Hope to see you again soon.
