Hey - really sorry to hear that you were so unhappy with your visit this morning. I checked in with the staff member you spoke to and she honestly didn't realise you were so unhappy about the avo - she thought you were just passing on feedback as you were leaving that it wasn't the nicest piece of avo you've had. If we had known at the time when you received it, we would have happily got you a new piece of avo. Avos can be very inconsistent and at times they definitely have imperfections - so if we made a mistake by serving you that one, we would have been more than happy to replace it for you. Just to reassure you, the pickles we make are all pickled from fresh local veg when we get it delivered by our local growers. Im glad that you enjoyed everything else - we'd be happy to credit you the $4.50 for the avo on your next visit.
