Hi NatR, I'm the owner of Wombat and I'm really sorry that you had such a negative experience in our brand new store. We've received an overwhelming amount of support and encouragement since opening two weeks ago and have been far busier than we anticipated. As we're brand new, we're still in the process of streamlining our systems and procedures. Our all vegan team have worked tirelessly to provide the best possible customer service experience to our customers. They choose to work here as they're all passionate about veganism and creating a welcoming environment that appeals to a broad demographic.I'm sorry you felt the food wasn't up to your standard. We're not aiming for five star. We're aiming for relaxed, home style food that tastes great. I'm sorry for the delay in your meals arrival. We are doing the absolute best we can. We've poured our heart and soul into Wombat and are really proud of what we've managed to achieve in such a short amount of time ?✌️️
