We’re happy that you enjoyed our original vegan sushi and miso soup 😊 Our broth of miso soup is made with kelp and dried shiitake mushroom. Seasonal vegetables, tofu, and/or seaweed are added and seasoned with miso fermented traditionally, which contains plenty of probiotics. It best matches our brown rice sushi and helps digestion.
