Wow, it all looks so good. When I saw the vegan corned beef, it drew me back to the days of my #1 favorite sandwich: pastrami. Hoping to see some delicious vegan pastrami some day. For now I will settle for the corned beef. I hope to get to that part of the country to try your food.
