Thank you very much for your kind words, we are glad you enjoyed your time at Locafé! We chose to have a shortened menu so we can propose more elaborate dishes, but also to limit the food waste linked to having a larger menu since waste reduction is one of the core reasons we exist as a restaurant. We do ask our customers to inform us of any allergies beforehand when making the reservations so we can adapt our menu if there is enough time for us to prepare, or refuse the reservation if we know we won't have time to adapt our dishes to the guests needs :) Have a great day!
