You are absolutely right that our team should have informed you that the chick’n itself is not gluten-free. Our team should have pointed out that allergen info on our menus. We even have separate Allergen menus that only have the menu items available for specific allergens. Please know that we have informed the team about your experience and have reinforced our protocol and our team knows to refer back to the menus that for accommodating guests with allergies.
