We are disappointed you felt we are overpriced but we do not order in bulk quantities, as we are a very small business so unfortunately our products are purchased at higher prices. With reference to the necessary but temporary suspension of our very generous Loyalty Card scheme, I understand that my trainee Manager did explain that they would resume around September time. It's very disappointing that you believe a small business like ours would take advantage of a National Pandemic in any way. We went to enormous efforts to remain open 6 days per week throughout the entire Lockdown period in order to serve the local community, including home deliveries for those who were house bound. Please feel free to call in anytime and introduce yourself, so I can explain in more detail the reasons a small business could not sustain a very generous Loyalty Scheme during Lockdown.
