Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to review your experience. We offer our full range of cookie flavours on our mail order service. We also offer other bakery items such as brownies, cookie sandwiches and muffins. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer our cupcakes or cakes as part of our mail order service, as they would get damaged in transport. Thank you for your feedback on our packaging. We are currently looking in to other packaging options and hope to change our packaging later this year. All the best, Ms. Cupcake
