I am the owner, of Plant Power Cafe & Juice Bar. Our raw items like the raw cheese cakes are a specialty item and they do come frozen but it does not take long to quickly thaw out. We always make sure we tell each customer how it is served. Most do take their cheesecake home and let it thaw and eat it later but some enjoy eating it as a frozen dessert!? Either way, eating the cheesecake at the cafe or taking it home-- you would still have to let it thaw just for a little... we have never had a complaint about it. We are not a full service restaurant so yes, to-go- boxes are out on the counter for our customers convenience and as a small family owned restaurant, we might not always be in the front of the cafe, we might just be in back prepping for the next day! Our regular customers appreciate our thoughtfulness of making sure the to-go-boxes are at their reach. As far as the tables covered in dirty plates and garbage-- again we are not full service restaurant ---therefore customers are suppose to clean off their tables and kindly place their dishes on top of the grabage can where trays are set there for that purpose but I can guarantee you that our tables are cleaned regularly and sanitized in a timely manner each day. I am so sorry you didn't enjoy your visit with us. Hopefully, you will give us another chance so you can experience the same positive encounter as the others customers have experienced.
