I'm sorry you didn't enjoy our Greek salad! I hope you'll give us another shot. We specialize in brick oven pizza and have tofu & vegan cheese on our menu along with homemade marinara sauce. Currently we have an Impossible Pie with the Impossible plant based meat and of course you could swap the mozz for vegan cheese. It's one of our seasonal items so it's for a limited time but just wanted to mention it. Hope you'll give us another shot! Lisa Owner
