Thank you so much for this amazing review! We love hearing that the smashed falafel concept stood out — we really wanted to do something different from the usual plant-based burger approach. And great choice with the tofu burger 😄 Also… yes, it still surprises us when people walk away after hearing we’re fully vegan 😅 But comments like yours help show that vegan burgers in Brussels can be indulgent, creative and seriously satisfying.
