We’re really sorry about the missing chips in your Wolt order - that was our mistake, and we’ve already followed up with you directly and improved our routines to avoid it happening again. We also appreciate your thoughts on portion size and value. Our goal is to create flavourful, satisfying plant-based food using high-quality ingredients, and while we know it won’t match everyone’s expectations on portion and price, we take all feedback seriously as we keep improving.
