Hi Emmy Thank you very much for your review and for all the information you shared about us. Regarding sustainability and the use of disposable plates, you need to know that all of our disposables are compostable so they can generate agricultural fertilizer. They are made by not using limited resources such as water and in this way we reduce enourmously the waste of our precious water for washing plates and cups which is our ambitious aim.
