Two notes for what it's worth: 1. one of the ramps to our bar is covered and protected from the rain, anyone is welcome to wait under there when it's raining and 2. some Sri Lankan dishes are intended to be served room temperature (and we prepare them in small batches as not to waste) because the food is eaten with your hands. It sounds like your roast paan was overcooked. We're friendly folks and would have happily replaced it with another or something else. I notice that you leave quite a few bad reviews for vegan restaurants - have you considered talking with us directly instead? We already have to contend with non-vegans leaving bad reviews simply because we serve vegan food. What are you hoping to accomplish by leaving bad reviews instead of talking to us to provide feedback? It has the added benefit of making sure you enjoy your meal. Just a thought!
